Here is all the information you need in order to make sure you are ready to go for first game on January 5th.

Team Check In Procedure

  • Team managers or coaches should check their team in at least 30 minutes prior to kick off of your first game
  • Check in will be held just inside the dome entrance on your right at the front desk
  • You will need to submit 3 things to us before your team is allowed to participate - 1) Official Team Roster form, 2) Player Liability Waivers for all rostered players, and 3) any unpaid balance due

Official Team Roster (PDF)

  • You will need to fill out your team information, coach's contact information, and Players' names, jersey numbers, and dates of birth
  • There is no limit to your roster size, and rosters will be frozen (no further additions) Feb 2nd
  • Rosters will be kept on site in the Footskills box at the front desk near the entry way

Player Liability Waiver (PDF)

  • Each player on your Roster must have a completed and signed Player Liability Waiver on file prior to your first game
  • No Waiver, no play
  • Reference your team families to this site to download this form, or download and distribute prior to your first game so you can collect filled in forms and submit at team check in on January 5
  • We will try to make extra forms available at the front desk at the dome, but it is your own team's responsibility to make sure you are prepared for check in

Unpaid Balances

  • The league fee is $1,150 per team. Many teams paid an online registration deposit of $250, leaving a balance of $850. If you did not pre-register online, the entire $1,100 will be due.
  • Checks should be made payable to Footskills, LLC.
  • One check per team

Notes to the Players, Coaches, and Parents

Please note that this league was created to give young soccer players a chance to enjoy the sport of soccer in the winter months - this is all about player development. We expect that all coaches and parents help encourage their players to respect the rules of the league, the referees, and their opponents. Good sportsmanship should be demonstrated at all times. Enjoy the season!
